This memo presents the results of a survey among patient who had been to eight rehabilitation centres in Norway autumn 2008. This survey was a pilot study in the development of a method of measuring patients’ experiences with rehabilitation centres in Norway. Gross sample included 371 patients. We achieved a return rate of 75 percent after one reminder.
In general, the patients evaluated the centres positively. The most negatively evaluated aspect was the cooperation between the rehabilitation centre and health services at the patients domicile.
