5th edition. The reason for updating this guideline so soon after the previous edition in 2016, is that the NIPH no longer works for the authorities regarding offshore potable water. An updated description of our role is given in chapter 2. Future editions of the manual will be revised by the Norwegian Maritime Authority, presumably every 4th year.
