On this page, you will find information about your privacy rights as a participant in the Norwegian Public Health Survey. We will explain what rights you have as a participant and how you can exercise them.
Right to information
As a participant in the Norwegian Public Health Survey, you have the right to receive information about the survey and how your data is used.

Information and consent forms:
An overview of the information and consent forms is available on the Questionnaire for the Norwegian Public Health Survey. Here you will find PDFs of all information and consent forms, as well as the questionnaire.
Request for Access
If you wish to access the information you have submitted to the Norwegian Public Health Survey, you can request this by filling out a dedicated form: Request for access health data for for the Norwegian Public Health Survey (pdf)

Request for Rectification
If you believe we have registered incorrect information about you, you have the right to request that it be corrected. You may also request rectification if you think the information we have is incomplete.
How to request rectification:

Please remember to include your name and date of birth so we can locate your information.
Request for Erasure
If you wish to have your data deleted, you have the right to request erasure.
Important to know:
- If your data has already been used in analyses, such as in a research project, we unfortunately cannot delete it.
- If you choose to have your data deleted, it will no longer be available for future research or statistical use.
How to request erasure:
