Stay home with newly-arisen respiratory tract symptoms if you feel unwell. 

You no longer need to notify other Smittestopp users when infected. You will find information about what to do if you test positive for COVID-19 on Newly-arisen respiratory tract symptoms, COVID-19 testing and positive test results

You no longer need to use the app, but it might be a good idea to leave it on your phone in case infection rates start rising again.
