Responsibilities
PhD Research Fellow (2025 – present) on the DAM-funded project “Idrett, mental helse og utenforskap” (Sport, mental health and social exclusion) at Department of Health Services Research at the Norwegian Institute of Public Health (NIPH) and the University of Oslo. In my research, I use registry data to examine various aspects of children’s and adolescents’ participation in organized sports in Norway: To what extent does parental income influence participation in different sports? How does sports participation affect individuals’ mental health? In my previous research, I have used Beredt-C19 to conduct registry-based studies on covid-19 and work, asymptomatic transmission, patient pathways, and vaccination, and I have also been involved in research on quality of life among caregivers.
