Using the Cochrane Dissemination Checklist for improving communication products

The Dissemination Checklist was launched in October 2019 and is now a core part of Cochrane’s dissemination strategy. We’ll introduce you to the checklist and use lectures and group activities to guide you through its different components, including how to write in plain language, how to interpret GRADE and Summary of Findings tables when creating dissemination products, and how to involve target audiences in the dissemination of systematic reviews.

Who can attend?

Anyone who is interested in how to disseminate the results of Cochrane Reviews or other systematic reviews will find this workshop relevant. The Checklist focuses on the dissemination of systematic reviews of effectiveness, but is also likely to be relevant for people working with other types of systematic reviews.

Organisers

The workshop will be facilitated by Claire Glenton and Sarah Rosenbaum (Cochrane Norway) and Dina Muscat-Meng (Cochrane Sweden/Nordic). The workshop is a joint event organised by Cochrane Norway, Cochrane Sweden, Cochrane Nordic and the Centre for Informed Health Choices at the Norwegian Institute of Public Health.
