The study will investigate the effect of breastfeeding on child health at 7 years of age.


Summary

This study is part of a project for MD students at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.

The project considers the effects of breastfeeding on maternal and child health. In this study, we investigate the effect of breastfeeding on children’s health at the age of seven. In particular, we want to study whether breastfeeding affects the occurrence of asthma and obesity in children when adjusting for maternal pre- and early intra-natal health.
