    From 19 June at 12pm, travellers from countries within the EEA and Schengen with fewer than 500 new cases of infection per 100,000 in the last two weeks are exempt from the requirement for quarantine hotels and that minors do not go to quarantine hotels. Travellers from countries outside the EEA and Schengen must stay in quarantine hotels until a negative PCR test result is available, taken no earlier than three days after entry.

Posted a link to an article on regjeringen.no which discusses verifiable corona certificate and temporary solution until 11 June, which means that travelers from 03.06.2021 at 12 o'clock must not be in quarantine hotels, but can take the quarantine at home or in another suitable place, if they at the border can document on helsenorge.no that they have been vaccinated or have had covid-19 in the last six months.
