A new recommendation that healthcare professionals who are pregnant and have pregnancy complications or chronic diseases that may be associated with an increased risk of severe covid-19 disease course are recommended for relocation to other work tasks or home office assessed on the basis of individual risk, regardless of vaccination status. Changed text: pregnant women are recommended to be vaccinated against COVID-19 with mRNA vaccine. Vaccination is recommended in the 2nd and 3rd trimesters unless there are risk factors in the mother or a high risk of infection to indicate vaccination in the 1st trimester. Women planning to conceive can be vaccinated.
