Summary
In the Coping After Breast Cancer (CABC) study, two stress-management interventions were developed and tested among women with breast cancer. The two interventions contained either cognitive behavioral stress management content, or mindfulness-based stress management content. Effects of the two interventions will be compared to those who recieve no intervention at all and we will follow the participants up till 3 years after they accessed the interventions.
