Reference diagnostics
Below is a brief overview of the types of reference diagnostics we can provide as a EURL.
These services are available to members of the National Reference Laboratories (NRLs) within the EU/EEA. Please visit the ECDC EURL website for detailed information on the available reference diagnostic services and guidance on sample submission.
Sanger sequencing protocols

EQA
We plan to arrange yearly EQAs for HAV/HEV. The first EQA for HAV will be sequence-based and involve molecular typing-based cluster analysis and will be sent out in early November.
