To apply for access to data or biological samples from studies or mandatory national health registries at the Norwegian Institute of Public Health, please use the application form for access to data.
To use the NIPH-application form for access to data, you must log in. You can store your application and edit it later, until the application is ready for submission. You can give other people access to edit the application by adding these people as co-users.
Please note that if you want apply for access to aggregated data (tabular data) you should use the online application form Anonymous aggregated data found at helsedata.no.
"The Application for access to data" is used when applying for data at an individual level (either from one data source alone or for linkage with other data sources).
