Evidence-base for shared decision making tools. - project description
Published Updated
The NIPH collaborates with the "Samvalgssenter" by publishing reports about the documentation on the effectiveness of treatment for their national shared-decision making tools.
Summary
The Centre for Shared-decision Making "Samvalgssenter" at the University Hospital of North Norway (UNN) produces shared-decision making tools, develops e-learning courses and coordinates the implementation of shared-decision making in Norway. The Norwegian Institute of Public Health collaborates with the "Samvalgssenter" by publishing reports about the documentation on the effectiveness of treatment for their national shared-decision making tools. We search for high-quality systematic reviews. We assess confidence in the results for each of the outcomes assessed using GRADE. We use standardized sentences to present the results in reports.
